Cancellations by participants are subject to the cancellation and refund policy stated on the relevant course page at the time of booking. All course materials, content, and intellectual property made available to you remain the property of GoodAgile Pte Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission; certification is awarded by the relevant certifying body and is subject to that body's own requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoodAgile Pte Ltd's total liability arising from any course or service is limited to the amount you paid for it, and GoodAgile Pte Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
