Privacy Measures We Take
What is the cost of the training?
The cost of the courses varies by location and trainer -- to check the cost, please click on the "Register Online" link for the course you're interested in at www.goodagile.com. The fees include all materials, the certification exam, a 2-year membership in the Scrum Alliance, and lunch and snacks on every day of the class. Travel, lodging, and any other expenses are not included. For booking via company invoice (available for groups of 3 or more attendees), please contact khushboonagpal[AT]goodagile.com. For all bookings, we strongly recommend completing the booking as early as possible, since our courses often sell out well in advance.

What are the payment options for registration?
You can pay via Visa/Mastercard, Net Banking, or company invoice (for groups of 3 or more attendees).   To register using Visa/Mastercard or Net Banking, go to www.goodagile.com and click on the "Register Online" link for the class you are interested in.  For payment via company invoice (available for groups of 3 or more attendees), a copy of the approved purchase order is required 14 days prior to the training date, and certification will be completed upon receipt of payment. For all bookings, we strongly recommend completing the booking as early as possible, since our courses can sell out in advance.  If you have any questions, please email sitijaafar[AT]goodagile.com.

Can I pay by cash or demand draft?
We regret that we are not able to accept payment via cash or demand draft.

Are there any qualifications required to attend the training?
There is no prerequisite to attend the training. Just a desire to learn!

What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation / date change policy is the following: Attendees cancelling or rescheduling 21 or more days before the start of the training course they've signed up for will receive a 100% refund of all fees paid.  Cancellations / date changes less than 21 days before the start of the training will be subject to a 50% penalty, and Cancellations / date changes less than 14 days before the start of the training will be subject to a 100% cancellation penalty. There is no penalty for replacing one attendee with another prior to the course date.

What if I book for a date, but then have to reschedule?

Yes, you will receive an email receipt, and we can also provide a hard-copy receipt if required.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Penalty for Online Registration & Single Personal Registration: You can cancel up to 48 hours before class with no penalty and receive a full refund. Cancellation less than 48 hours of class, there will be a 25% cancellation penalty. However, if you choose to shift to a different class date, there’s no penalty. Attendees who fail to appear on the date of the training, will be subjected to a 100% penalty (no refund). GoodAgile reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course in the event of under-enrollment or other outside factors. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by GoodAgile, you will receive a full refund of the course registration fees you have paid.

Cancellation Penalty for Company PO, Group Booking & Private Classes: If you cancel or reschedule 21 or more days before the start of the course, you will receive a 100% refund of all fees paid. If you cancel or reschedule fewer than 21 days before the start of the course, there will be a 50% penalty, and if you cancel or reschedule with fewer than 14 days before the start of the course, there will be a 100% cancellation penalty.

Attendees who fail to appear on the date of the training, will be subject to a 100% penalty (no refund).

GoodAgile reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course in the event of under-enrollment or other outside factors. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by GoodAgile, you will receive a full refund of the course registration fees you have paid.
