What is the cost of the training?
The cost of the courses varies by location and trainer -- to check the cost, please click on the "Register Online" link for the course you're interested in at www.goodagile.com. The fees include all materials, the certification exam, a 2-year membership in the Scrum Alliance, and lunch and snacks (in-person classes only) on every day of the class. Travel, lodging, and any other expenses are not included. For booking via company invoice (available for groups of 3 or more attendees), please contact khushboonagpal[AT]goodagile.com. For all bookings, we strongly recommend completing the booking as early as possible, since our courses often sell out well in advance.

Are there seats still available for a specific course date?
To find out at any time if there are seats still available, just go to www.goodagile.com and click on the "Register Online" button for the course you're interested in.  If the class is sold out, it will say so on the form; otherwise, seats are still available.

What are the payment options for registration?
You can pay via Visa/Mastercard, Net Banking, or company invoice (for groups of 3 or more attendees).   To register using Visa/Mastercard or Net Banking, go to www.goodagile.com and click on the "Register Online" link for the class you are interested in.  For payment via company invoice (available for groups of 3 or more attendees), a copy of the approved purchase order is required 14 days prior to the training date, and certification will be completed upon receipt of payment. For all bookings, we strongly recommend completing the booking as early as possible, since our courses can sell out in advance.  If you have any questions, please email sitijaafar[AT]goodagile.com.

Can I pay by cash or demand draft?
We regret that we are not able to accept payment via cash or demand draft.

Are there any qualifications required to attend the training?
There is no prerequisite to attend the training. Just a desire to learn!

Who should take this training course?
This course is useful for anyone who wants to be successful using Scrum. It's not just for ScrumMasters -- it's also strongly recommended for Product Owners, Product Managers, Project Managers, Functional / Departmental Managers, Development Team Members (including Architects, Designers, Coders, Testers, and others), and Executives in organizations doing Scrum.

What materials will I receive?
All attendees receive a hard-copy and soft-copy of the course presentation, soft copies of selected exercises along with step-by-step instructions to use with their team, additional presentations and electronic resources (including videos, posters, minibooks, diagrams, and other materials).  All the materials are licensed for use within your team, provided it's not for commercial training purposes.

Is there an exam required?
In order to become a Certified ScrumMaster, you must complete the CSM training course and also pass the online exam. The cost of the exam is included in the CSM course fee shown here. The exam is completed online post-class, and can be done from any computer. Attendees at GoodAgile CSM classes have a 97% pass rate on the CSM exam.

Will I get PDU credits from PMI® for completing this training?
If you are a PMI® PMP® you can claim 14 PDU's for our 2-day Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) classes. You may use these towards your PMP® renewal requirements, or towards PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® certification. Instructions for claiming PDU's are provided at the end of the class. ("PMI", "PMP", and "PMI Agile Certified Practitioner" are registered marks of Project Management Institute, Inc.)

Can you provide private trainings / private consultations?
Yes, we provide private Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Product Owner training, private 1-day "Introduction to Scrum" courses, and private coaching and consulting.  Please contact khushboonagpal[AT]goodagile.com for assistance with this.

What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation / date change policy is the following: Attendees cancelling or rescheduling 21 or more days before the start of the training course they've signed up for will receive a 100% refund of all fees paid.  Cancellations / date changes less than 21 days before the start of the training will be subject to a 50% penalty, and Cancellations / date changes less than 14 days before the start of the training will be subject to a 100% cancellation penalty. There is no penalty for replacing one attendee with another prior to the course date.

What if I book for a date, but then have to reschedule?

Can you recommend a good hotel nearby the training venue?
We would recommend checking www.tripadvisor.com, they generally have a good selection of local hotels listed at reasonable prices.

Can I get a receipt for my payment?
Yes, you will receive an email receipt, and we can also provide a hard-copy receipt if required.
